Refund Policy

Please note all membership sales are non refundable.

If you book and are later unable to attend, you can transfer your membership to someone else until 20th May 2018. Please email us with your details and those of the recipient. If transfer involves a change in membership category, the person attending will be responsible for paying any difference in cost.

Please ensure you have booked a membership before arranging travel or accommodation. The convention cannot accept liability for any financial loss associated with non-attendance.

If travelling from overseas, please make sure you meet all necessary UK Visas and Immigration visa requirements. Please contact us in plenty of time if you require a letter confirming your membership of Satellite 6.
